Over 700 acres have been or are under development, along with 1000 acres of timber and waste-coal fields.

We have been involved in real estate for over forty years. Well over 100 properties have been developed, many in partnership with Central Pennsylvania’s largest developers, including: Lawruk, Poole, Albarano, Thaler, Campbell, Sheetz, Hite, Dreibelbis, Hawbaker, Eichelberger, Zamias and Glimcher.

Our properties are primarily located in Central and Western Pennsylvania and Ohio. Existing tenants include: McDonalds, Giant Foods/Martins Grocery, CVS, Subway, Warnaco, Altoona Regional Health Systems, Family Dollar, Dollar General, UPMC, Verizon, Papa Johns, H&R Block, Sheetz, PLCB, and Holiday Hair.
